Detailed Product Review:

Price:

Unlimited Monthly Plan: $19.95/mo includes unlimited calling in the US, Canada, and Puerto Rico. One month free. Over 30 calling features and 30-day money back guarantee.

Unlimited Yearly Plan: $199.00/mo includes unlimited calling in the US, Canada, and Puerto Rico. Over 30 calling features.

Reliability:

Unfortunately Voip.com is not very reliable. Their hardware seems to have problems on the compatibilty side when integrating with your network. The biggest complaint is dropped calls. It will work well for about 2-3 minutes and then drop the call with no warning.

International:

Voip.com's plans include unlimited calls to the US, Canada, and Puerto Rico. All other international calls will cost extra per minute. They do not offer international calling packages at this time.

Customer Service:

Voip.com offers 3 ways to get in touch with them. There is Web Support, Forum Support, and Phone Support. They encourage you to use the web and forum support before contacting by phone. Their Forum does have moderators online that usually answer your question in a resonable amount of time.

Features:

Voip.com's plans include 30 phone features at no extra charge. They are as follows:

  • Caller ID with Name
  • Call Waiting
  • Call Blocking
  • Call Transfer
  • Outbound Caller ID Blocking
  • 3 Way Calling

All in all, Voip.com is the only one that I can't recommend. Their poor reliablilty, poor call quality and poor customer service make it difficult to find anything great to say about them.
