Phone Power is one of the most reliable services. They have excellent call quality that is comparable to landlines. Plus it is easy to setup and use. They use quality hardware and it shows in the call quality and the fact that the service is hardly ever down.
International:
Phone Power does offer low international rates now. Unfortunately, they don't offer any package international calling plans, but that is subject to change down the road. On their website, you can see how much each minute would cost you for the country of your choice.
Customer Service:
Phone Power is the one company that doesn't send you to India for customer support. Phone Power is in southern California so you get english speaking people at all times. The big draw back is their customer support is not available 24/7. They are in Pacific Time, so they are available late into the evening if you are on the east coast, but if you are an early riser you will be waiting for a while before you can reach them.
