Reliability:
Good reliability although it does depend on your internet connection and the phone that you use. I would suggest a fast connection and at least a 5.8 mhz phone or better.. With Lingo, the better the internet connection, the better the performance of their service.

Customer Support:
Lingo's support center has detailed help on "Frequently Asked Questions". If you can't find your answer there, you can contact them by phone or email. They have installation guides and installation videos available online to make your installation a snap. They do offer 24/7 support. Their tech support is in India which does present a language barrier, but they do work well at getting your problem resolved.
